Life Science Account Executive
An opportunity to take full ownership of our Life Science division — driving growth and delivering excellent client outcomes. This role is ideal for an experienced insurance professional looking to step into or continue in a high-impact position within a growing, ambitious business.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Life Science growth strategy
- Lead the division in line with company objectives and FCA expectations
- Provide insight and recommendations at senior leadership level
- Identify key risks, opportunities, and market developments
Client & Commercial Oversight
- Oversee delivery of high-quality, compliant broking services
- Manage complex and high-value client relationships
- Ensure renewals deliver fair value and positive customer outcomes
- Drive cross-selling and client development opportunities
About You
- Proven experience in commercial insurance / Life Science or specialist sectors
- Strong leadership and people management experience
- Deep understanding of FCA regulations and Consumer Duty
- A track record of delivering growth and client retention
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- A proactive, accountable, and solutions-focused mindset
