Responsibilities
* Supporting and/or managing day-to-day site engineering activities
* Setting out, quality assurance, and maintaining accurate records
* Coordinating with site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams
* Assisting in planning and adapting works in response to environmental conditions
* Helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification
Qualifications
* Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or a related discipline)
Required Skills
* Strong technical grounding in civil engineering principles
* Experience working on civil engineering sites (as a Site Engineer or similar) is advantageous
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Clear and confident communicator with site teams, management, and clients
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Comfortable adapting to changing conditions and evolving work methods
