Responsibilities
* Reporting to the Technical Lead, you'll be working in a small, fast‑paced team.
* Investigate and resolve complex customer issues by tracing root causes through data, process, and system logic.
* Take ownership across the software lifecycle, especially in the planning and design phases, with support from the team to accommodate your learning and development.
* Learn and navigate our MariaDB database to facilitate problem‑solving, planning, and designing new roadmap features.
* Write acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps and design user interfaces in Figma.
* Support with the definition, specification, and validation of new features end‑to‑end.
* Challenge assumptions and propose novel solutions to complex problems.
* Use AI to improve the quality and efficiency of your outputs.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of OOP
* Knowledge of relational databases
* Strong technical acumen
* Computer related degree not essential but should have evidence of practice
* Experience in Azure DevOps, Figma, Python, TypeScript, Git, MariaDB a bonus; you bring strong analytical thinking, enjoy solving complex problems, and quickly get to the root of issues.
* You apply confident, evidence‑based reasoning and are comfortable challenging ideas when something does not align.
* You take full ownership of your work, follow tasks through to completion, and ask for support when needed.
* You maintain exceptional attention to detail, turning ambiguity into structured plans and communicating clearly and directly to drive outcomes.
