We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global business with impressive expansion plans, who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Finance team.
Salary: £26,000
Location: Tunbridge Wells - hybrid (3 days office)
This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Producing accurate invoices
* Ensuring all invoices are raised within agreed timescales.
* Liaising with other departments across the company
* Assisting with the Purchase Ledger process
* Processing expense payments
* Maintain office filing systems
Experience:
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required.
* Relevant experience within a finance role.
* Experience in managing own workload and meeting deadlines.
Skills:
* Sound numerical skills with a high level of accuracy
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Working knowledge of Excel
* Attention to detail and accurate data entry
