Everyone likes their groceries at different times, so our working patterns will involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays. On top of your base pay, you will receive premiums that will increase your average hourly earnings to £12.70 per hour. You can also increase your earnings further with enhanced overtime for those special occasions!
All your breaks are paid, meaning for every minute at work, you get paid. That’s a great deal!

So what do we need from you?
You don’t need any previous experience to join our good-natured team—just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our amazing training team will do the rest!
Driving Licence Requirements:
* Full UK or EU driving licence
* Minimum of 6 months driving experience
* Maximum of 6 penalty points
* No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years
Some deliveries involve handling alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.
As this is a customer-facing role, good communication skills are essential.

* You will be invited to tour the site, meet the team, participate in a Q&A, and have a relaxed chat as part of a light touch interview.
* We will run a Disclosure Barring System check (DBS).
* Once all checks are complete, you will be offered the role, and your career with Ocado Logistics will begin!
Contract Details:
* Type: Permanent
* Hours: 40 hours/week (including paid breaks)
* Working days: Any 5 days out of 7, with 8-hour shifts. Schedule may change, further info provided during pre-boarding.
* Shifts: AM & PM. Start as early as 05:30, finish as late as 12:00 midnight. Shift rota provided up to 13 weeks in advance.
Pay Structure:
This role is paid weekly until 19th May 2025, after which it transitions to a lunar cycle (every 4 weeks). Details provided in the full description.
Hourly Pay Rates:
Includes basic rate, evening premium (from 6pm), Sunday premiums, and overtime rates for day and evening shifts. Exact rates will be communicated during onboarding.
