The Purpose
We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor
You will need to be an organised and energetic individual with proven leadership skills as well as passion for cleaning and people.
35hrs per week
Key Accountabilities
* Take responsibility for the management and development of cleaning contracts within your designated area
* Work with and support our clients and team members in the day-to-day service we delivery.
* Maximize contract through the delivery of a consistently high standard of customer service.
* Communicate effectively with the client, staff and head office teams.
* Ensure staff retention and motivation and develop team members.
* To select, recruit and vet employees in alignment with Company and Client policies, terms and conditions, and be accountable for their induction and ongoing training and development.
* To ensure that all additional deep clean work is planned, delivered and Audited on completion.
* To ensure that all necessary resources, materials, and machines are available and on site and maintained.
* To adherence to all Company Health and Safety policies, procedures and instructions and to confirm their effectiveness through planned Health & Safety audits and regular reviews.
* Ensure that contracts are operating to and exceeding the required specification and performance and is regularly audited monthly
* Inspect the facilities regularly to ensure a high standard of work is maintained.
Required Experience
* Have previous cleaning experience, with excellent knowledge of cleaning materials and techniques.
* Have a confident and flexible approach, with previous experience managing and directing cleaning and facilities staff. xsngvjr
* Be highly organised and be able to schedule cover staff where needed.
* Previous experience interacting with and communicating with clients
