Salary: £31,650 £49,084 per annum (depending on experience)

GSL Education is delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a talented Darma Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Boston this September.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality Darma lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Foster creativity, confidence, and collaboration in students through performance-based learning
* Prepare students for practical and written examinations in accordance with national curriculum and exam board requirements
* Direct and support extra-curricular activities such as school productions and drama clubs
* Promote an inclusive and respectful classroom environment that celebrates diversity
* Monitor, assess, and report on student progress, ensuring all learners are supported and challenged
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Experience teaching drama at secondary level is desirable but not essential for strong ECTs
* Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for the performing arts
* Ability to inspire and motivate young learners with innovative teaching techniques
