We’re the feel‑good fashion brand making style accessible and fun for over 55 years, on our website, mobile app and over 300 stores in the UK.
By living our values - we play to win, customer obsessed, we are one and it starts with me - we deliver That New Look Feeling for our customers and each other.
The Role:
We’re looking for an Affiliates & Partnerships Manager to join the Performance Marketing team, leading our affiliate and strategic partnerships channels to deliver profitable growth.
You have deep expertise across the full breadth of publishers in this space: spanning cashback, voucher and loyalty partners, editorial and content publishers, influencer and creator collaborations, shopping comparison sites, technology and data partners, and strategic brand-to-brand relationships. You have experience working within a large, fast‑paced business or agency, across complex accounts, with experience in the fashion vertical highly preferable.
This role is highly collaborative, working across internal teams and a wide range of external partners. You’ll combine commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills with a collaborative, people‑first approach – building trusted relationships and influencing outcomes to drive measurable results. Proactive and highly organised, you’re comfortable operating at pace across competing priorities, with a meticulous eye for detail and an analytical, data‑driven mindset.
You’ll work with the Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Affiliates & Partnerships Marketing Executive and our external agency to deliver best‑in‑class performance. We’re a collaborative team that values initiative, open communication and fresh ideas – giving you the autonomy and confidence to make a real impact.
WHATS IN IT FOR YOU:
* 40% staff discount plus friends & family discounts throughout the year
* Access to our reward platform for external discount and offers
* Virtual GP access for you and your children – it allows you to speak to a doctor at a time and date that suits you
* All employees are covered by our life assurance policy from day one
* Unlock extra leave with our buy more holiday scheme.
* Celebrate YOU! Enjoy an extra paid day off on your birthday each year
* Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leave, and shared parental leave (eligible after 2 years’ service).
* Spread the cost of your commute with interest‑free season ticket loans
* Do your bit for the environment and save money with our Cycle2Work scheme
* We're proud to partner with the Retail Trust and Fashion & Textile Children’s Trust
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead the planning and execution of our affiliate and partnerships strategy to deliver profitable growth.
* Build and manage a broad network of partners and direct publishers - including cashback, voucher, loyalty, editorial, content, influencer and technology platforms.
* Oversee campaign planning, creative briefing, promotional setup and optimisation, using A/B testing and analysis to continually iterate and improve results.
* Line manage an Affiliates & Partnerships Marketing Executive, owning their development, areas for growth and overseeing key tasks.
* Collaborate with colleagues across trade, finance and marketing to align on commercial priorities and maximise cross‑channel impact.
* Track and report on key metrics - including ROAS, CAC, and profitability - forecasting performance against KPIs and clearly articulating insights to stakeholders of all levels.
* Ensure every partnership reflects our brand values, meets compliance standards and delivers measurable business impact.
* Driven new customer acquisition through innovative partner activity and targeted campaigns that expand our audience reach.
* Ensure accuracy of monthly validations across publishers, with a lens on fraud prevention and traffic quality.
* Stay ahead of affiliate and partnership trends, exploring new technologies, partners and collaboration opportunities with curiosity; to deliver growth and continue to diversify our portfolio.
Who you are:
* 4+ years’ experience in an Affiliate Marketing role, working in large and complex accounts with hands‑on experience.
* Deep understanding of the full affiliate landscape, including cashback, voucher, loyalty, editorial, content, influencer and technology partners.
* Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills — able to build collaborative, long‑term relationships internally and externally.
* Methodical, logical and highly numerate. Confidence with performance metrics, like ROI, profitability and acquisition rates, to support commercial decisions.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to distil technical concepts into actions across a large business with credibility.
* Excellent organisational skills, acting with pace and initiative across multiple projects and departments.
* Proactive mindset, taking accountability for projects from ideation to implementation.
* Strong understanding of analytics and tracking, including testing to measure incrementality.

* Advanced knowledge of Excel with confidence using formulas and functions to analyse data.
* Experience working in an omnichannel retail business is a plus.
