This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality, complex clinical negligence claims within a supportive and well-resourced team.
The Opportunity
You will manage your own claimant clinical negligence caseload, handling multi-track matters from initial instruction through to settlement or trial. Youll be fully supported by experienced paralegals and secretarial support, allowing you to focus on technical work and client care rather than admin.
The work includes high-value and sensitive claims, offering genuine intellectual challenge and the chance to build a strong reputation within the clinical negligence market.
Key Responsibilities
* Running a claimant clinical negligence caseload autonomously
* Managing multi-track files from instruction to conclusion
* Drafting pleadings, instructing experts, and valuing complex claims
* Maintaining excellent client care throughout emotionally sensitive cases
* Working collaboratively within a specialist clinical negligence team
Whats on Offer
* High-quality, varied claimant clinical negligence work
* Clear career progression and long-term development within the team
* Supportive culture with realistic caseloads
* Hybrid working options
* Competitive salary and benefits, dependent on experience
* Opportunity to genuinely make a difference to clients lives
About You
* Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in claimant clinical negligence
* Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Strong technical ability, attention to detail, and organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
* Motivated, empathetic, and keen to progress within clinical negligence law
Why Apply?
This role would suit someone who wants interesting, meaningful work, better support, and a clear pathway to progression without the burnout or unmanageable caseloads seen elsewhere.
