Clinical Duties Conduct outpatient clinics for assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with a broad range of maxillofacial conditions, including trauma, oral pathology, dentoalveolar issues, and head and neck malignancies. Develop and oversee individual treatment plans tailored to each patients needs. Provide pre-operative and post-operative consultations. Collaborate with other specialties (ENT, oncology, dermatology, orthodontics, plastic surgery, etc.) in multidisciplinary team meetings.
Ensure accurate documentation and coding of clinical activity. Surgical Duties Perform surgical procedures in the operating theatre. Ensure compliance with clinical governance, infection control, and surgical safety standards. Supervise junior surgeons and provide operative training.
