Job Profile
* Order and reserve parts, process invoices and payments
* Handle after-sales enquiries alongside the service department
* Respond to customers via phone, email, and face‑to‑face
* Prepare estimates and present tailored solutions
* Maintain close contact with workshops and service advisors
* Support parts inventory checks and stock awareness
* Prospect new clients and grow your customer accounts
* Contact customers with promotions and follow‑up offers
Candidate profile
* Experience in the automotive industry or car parts sector - this is essential
* Full professional fluency in German, plus strong English - written and spoken
* Comfortable on the phone - confident, clear, and customer‑focused in every interaction
* Good commercial awareness and an entrepreneurial mindset
* A collaborative attitude - you work well with workshops, advisors, and customers alike
