WysePower has a vacancy for an experienced Electrical Chargehand working from our Stockton depot on sites in the North-East and the surrounding areas. The role will involve the supervision of a small team of 10 direct employed electrical operatives ranging from Electricians, Mates & Apprentices. Daily check ins with teams, site visits to check work progress and quality. Site quality inspections and direct liaison with clients to look at planned works and additional works and other operational ad hoc duties.
The successful candidate will be part of our on-site teams, supporting the Regional Manager to ensure teams are working safely and to the expectations of the business.

Requirements
Essential Skills
• NVQ L3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
• JIB Gold card
• 18th Edition Wiring Regs (BS7671)
• Test & Inspection
• SSSTS/SMSTS
• Full and valid UK driving licence
• Ability to work using your own initiative and to make decisions based on the information to hand
Ideal Skills
• Experience in temporary electrics will be an advantage; however, not essential for the right
hard-working individual
