Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
6. Manage and monitor orders to ensure fulfilment of conditions (quantities, prices, delivery times)
7. Act promptly on any customer requests and/or e including credit requests, samples, and quotations
8. Generate bespoke quotations for customers
9. Amend or cancel orders in the CRM system, ensuring accurate updates
10. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless delivery process for customers
11. Attend meetings with the customer service and sales team
12. Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer databases
13. Liaise with logistics departments to monitor stock levels
14. Monitor and manage stock for assigned customers
15. Work with Customer Services Manager to prepare and review customer account plans
16. Manage returns and corresponding credit notes
17. Investigate and resolve customer complaints/disputes
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
18. Proven experience in customer service positions
19. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
20. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
21. Ability to work collaboratively within a team
22. Comfortable working with a variety of systems
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
23. Experience in logistics or supply chain management
24. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
25. Knowledge of health and safety standards in the workplace
