An exciting opportunity to work for an Events Company in the Automotive sector!


We are a membership based business for owners of luxury vehicles that meet a qualifying criteria set out on our website.


The perfect candidate will be an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic person, that loves meeting people and traveling across the UK and Europe tomorrow work events.


Office Location: SCC | Private Members, Isleport Business Park, Highbridge, Somerset, TA9 4AL


That’s role is predominantly an administrative position but it does cover the whole business and attending events.


Responsibilities involve...


- General Administration - Managing Events Calendar, WhatsApp Groups and Club Announcements

- Membership Administration - Membership Inbound and Outbound Telephone Calls and Membership Pack, Renewal administration

- Social Media Accounts, with daily posting Reels/Pictures and inboxes

- Partner/Sponsor Relationships - Building relationships with Club Sponsors and Partners and Account Managing

- Hosting Club Members and Partners at Events - This will include setting up events

- Driving Company Vehicles such as Transporter Van and Performance Vehicles

- UK and European Travel - We cover the UK and Europe for Tours and Events, up to 100 events a year


Office Based Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:30

Weekend Work and travel required but with day(s) off in lieu


Qualifications...

Degree Preferred but not requried

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must hold a Full UK Drivers Licence.

Must be Fluent English Speaking
