Main duties of the job

  • Leading the Trust's PFI Contract Performance Team
  • Managing the performance and compliance of our PFI service provider
  • Overseeing contract monitoring, audits, and performance reporting
  • Managing contractual variations and service developments
  • Supporting strategic estates and infrastructure initiatives
  • Building productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Providing expert commercial advice to senior leaders

Job responsibilities
