JOB TITLE: AssistantAcademy Goalkeeper Coach (U7-U11)
LOCATION: Cobham Training Ground
CONTRACT: Casual Part Time – 6-10hours per week

The Opportunity
* The purpose of this role is to support in the delivery of a world leading goalkeeping strategy within the Foundation Phase, this includes supporting in the management of all FP goalkeepers from U7 to U11.
* Ensuring that player pathways and development programmes are planned, delivered and reviewed, the Assistant Academy Goalkeeper Coach (U7-U11) will be responsible for each goalkeeper within the FP phase and the provision of support that each receives throughout their time at the club.
* Alongside this, the Assistant Academy Goalkeeper Coach (U7-U11) will support the U7-U11 Goalkeeping Manager and Academy GK Coach (U7-U11) within their roles to ensure there is a consistent and aligned approach to goalkeeping development throughout the phase.
* It will be crucial that the Assistant Academy Goalkeeper Coach (U7-U11) builds and maintains strong relationships across phases and across multi-disciplinary teams as well as with senior management to ensure the best level of care and provision as well as a clear and aligned message is delivered.
