Personal Assistant to Directors- Executive Search
Hybrid (4 days in the Waterloo office)
£45000-55,000
Our client is a fast-growing executive search firm specialising in the investment sector. Due to continued business growth, they are looking to hire a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to support the Founder and one of the firm's top-performing Consultants in this newly created role.
This is a varied and fast-paced position, offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders and play a key role in the smooth running of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex diaries and coordinating interviews and client meetings
- Organising client and team events from planning through to delivery
- Liaising with clients, candidates, and other senior stakeholders on behalf of the Founder and Consultant
- Providing day-to-day administrative and organisational support
- Ensuring priorities are managed effectively in a fast-paced environment
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role
- Experience working in a client-facing, fast-paced professional services environment
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting with senior stakeholders
- A proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused approach
