About the Role
As a Lecturer in Sport & Uniformed Protective Services, you'll:
* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to Further Education (FE) learners
* Develop dynamic, industry-relevant learning resources and activities
* Support learners through dedicated tutorial responsibilities
* Lead and participate in outdoor activities, enrichment trips, and residentials
* Be part of a collaborative and innovative team culture
We're looking for someone with energy, creativity, and a passion for shaping futures.
You will have:
Experience teaching or assessing in Sport and/or Uniformed Protective Services
Relevant industry experience in sport, the military, emergency services or similar
Strong knowledge of sector trends, policies, and employer expectations
Proven ability to plan engaging, active learning and enrichment experiences
A relevant degree, professional qualifications, and a full teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE, DTLs)
An assessing qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
