Job Summary
We are seeking a meticulous and organised Sales Data Administrator to join our team. This role involves managing and maintaining sales data, ensuring accuracy and integrity across our systems. The successful candidate will play a vital part in supporting sales operations through precise data entry, analysis, and reporting. Duties
* Processing orders from retailers in SageX3
* Inbox management, responding to customer orders and queries
* Tracking – providing tracking information to customers by email
* Processing and coordinating shipments from the UK office
* Customer service via phone, email, and customer portals
* Reviewing content and analysing data on reseller websites
* Reporting on daily stock levels and recurring customer issues
* Filing and general office duties
Experience
* Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a related role is preferred
* Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently whilst maintaining a collaborative approach within a team environment.
* Knowledge of sales processes or experience within a commercial setting is desirable but not essential. This position is ideal for organised individuals eager to contribute to a thriving organisation while expanding their expertise in sales data management
