The Role
As a Credit Analyst, you will:
Prepare and analyse credit papers for all commercial transactions including real estate transactions including residential and commercial.
Conducted comprehensive credit risk assessments by analysing financial statements, industry trends and credit reports to
determine credit-worthiness and assign internal ratings.
Assist in structuring and underwriting credit facilities including revolving lines, term loans, ensuring alignment with internal risk appetite
and regulatory standards.
Author detailed credit memorandums and presented recommendations to senior risk committees, supporting strategic
decisions on credit limits, renewals, and exceptions
Scenario analysis to forecast potential losses and stress test credit exposures,
contributing to robust underwriting decisions.
Drive the annual review process of CRE transactions and relationships.
Liaise with multiple stakeholders, resolving credit team queries and managing completion.
Monitor exposure within limits and contribute to new business opportunities.
Your Profile
At least 18 months years' experience as a Credit Analyst, with some experience of residential real estate finance.
Relevant degree or equivalent required.
Standout analytical, written, and numeracy skills.
Strong communication, professionalism and attention to detail.
You must have the right to work in the UK now and in the future. Sponsorship is NOT available for this role.
