Creative Project Manager
The Opportunity
Our wonderful client is looking for a highly organised and personable Creative Project Manager to join their in-house creative studio and wider multichannel team (marketing, ecommerce & product) to elevate how they plan, prioritise and deliver all creative work, from day-to-day content through to large campaigns and TV commercials.
If successful you will sit at the intersection of multichannel stakeholders, senior management and the creative studio, ensuring briefs are clear, timelines are realistic, communication flows smoothly, and the studio is resourced effectively. Think of this role as part Traffic Manager, part Creative Producer, part Workflow Architect.
The Role

1. Manage the daily work allocation and scheduling for the in-house creative team.
2. Lead weekly resourcing meetings and maintain visibility across all upcoming campaigns and projects.
3. Balance workload across creatives to ensure the right talent is allocated at the right time.
4. Oversee the end-to-end movement of creative work through the studio, from briefing to delivery.
5. Ensure briefs are clear, actionable and complete.
