Are you a proud University of Wolverhampton Graduate passionate about making a difference for students — and ready to start a career shaping the future of higher education?
We’re looking for four Graduate Practitioners to join our Student Success Directorate, working across the full student lifecycle — from access and belonging to attainment, employability, and alumni engagement. These posts offer hands-on experience, professional development, and the chance to make a genuine impact on how students learn, connect, and succeed at Wolverhampton.
You’ll support projects linked to our Access and Participation Plan, Graduate Outcomes, and Student Experience Strategy, working collaboratively with staff and students across the university.
We particularly welcome applications from those who have previously engaged in student roles such as ambassadors, mentors, course representatives, or society leaders, as well as graduates with lived experience or areas of special interest — for example, international students, care-experienced students, or those balancing study with other responsibilities.
If you’re proactive, collaborative, and passionate about helping others achieve their potential, this is a brilliant opportunity to start your professional journey with us.
