About the Role
Project and Business Change Manager within our Strategy and Delivery team. This permanent role supports our customers by managing multiple ICT projects aligned to local and national digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Use proven project methodologies (PRINCE2, agile or hybrid approaches) to deliver projects on time and within scope.
* Manage projects through their full lifecycle – from initiation, through go‑live to closure, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, progress monitoring and quality assurance.
* Engage a broad range of stakeholders across the local health community to facilitate successful change – develop engagement and communication plans, coordinate training and support for end‑users, and act as a change agent.
* Provide regular updates and reports to Project Boards and senior management, manage project risks, issues and dependencies, and ensure alignment with wider digital transformation goals and NHS strategic objectives.
Qualifications
* Experience with PRINCE2 and agile or hybrid methodologies.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
* Ability to plan, schedule, coordinate resources, and manage risk.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work with clinical and operational teams.
