The Role
As a Clinical Research Assistant with us, you’ll play a pivotal role in working closely with the GenesisCare Research Team, Principal Investigators, and the Co‑investigators to conduct clinical research activities through the coordination and delivery of both direct and indirect care and associated data collection for clinical trials. What You’ll Do
* Work with the Clinical Research Coordinators to ensure the efficient and timely entry of clinical trial data for the studies.
* Develop and update research trackers within specified timelines.
* Schedule protocol‑specific assessments and procedures, ensuring investigators are available during study visits to perform required tasks.
* Ensure all study documents are filed and in place to ensure regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Have
Experience and skills
* Minimum 1 year of experience working in a healthcare or research environment in an admin or support role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in an effective, proactive and cooperative manner.
* High level of initiative and flexibility with the ability to meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities.
Qualifications And Knowledge
* Experience and knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and applicable national and international laws and regulations.
* Strong computer literacy with experience of clinical trials software and MS Office suite.

* Flexibility in working times and locations.
* Ability to travel, if required.
