The SEN TA will work across the school supporting pupils with EHCPs, ASD, ADHD and communication needs. Position details Role: SEN TA — Bromley Start date: January 2026 Contract: Full-time, long-term About the role The SEN TA will support pupils both in class and through structured interventions. The SEN TA will work closely with teachers to adapt tasks, support behaviour strategies and ensure pupils remain engaged. Based in Bromley, the SEN TA will contribute to a calm and inclusive learning environment and attend regular review meetings. Key responsibilities Provide tailored support to pupils with a range of learning needs. Support lesson delivery through scaffolding and differentiation. Assist with emotional regulation and behaviour support strategies. Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and SENCO. Promote inclusion and independence throughout the Bromley school. Person specification Previous SEN TA or relevant support experience. Knowledge of SEND strategies and inclusive practice. Reliable, flexible and able to work as part of a team.
