A 2 Form Entry Primary School located in Waltham Forest, London are seeking a qualified and experienced Primary/SEN Teacher to join them ASAP or January 2026 to teach a small class of SEN children as part of their ARP. This is a full-time position which will be for the duration of the academic year. A permanent contract would be available in the summer term for the right candidate.

You will be teaching small class children who are part of the school's established ARP. You will have your own classroom within this 2 Form Entry Primary School that is well-resourced to meet the needs of the children. You will also have support of additional adults within the class. It is an ideal role for a primary teacher with experience in teaching students with SEN as well as an experienced primary teacher who has a passion for teaching SEN.
This primary school is seeking an SEN Teacher who is passionate and empathetic, committed and reliable, and most importantly, a great team player.
This is a full-time role of which you will be required to plan and prepare lessons according to the pupils' EHC plans. You will have plenty of PPA time.
The school's SENCO is also very experienced and passionate about SEN. They are looking for someone who will share their passion!
You will be teaching alongside 4 Teaching Assistants who are experienced and qualified. You will also have access to excellent resources to base your lessons around, including a sensory room and fantastic outdoor facilities.
Please note for this role, you must hold QTS and have experience teaching the UK national curriculum.
