Arises due to the existing postholder going on a secondment to College of Policing (3‑year incumbent). Initially required for 6 months, with a possibility of extension depending on the outcome of the secondment. Role Purpose This role functions as a mini project manager responsible for: Managing, coordinating and overseeing promotion campaigns across ranks (Sgt to Chief Superintendent). Supporting and sometimes attending assessment centres, ensuring outsourced providers deliver to expectations. Managing exams in partnership with the College of Policing.
