Job summary – What to expect: As a Quality Technician within our Quality team, you will support the business and its Quality Management System (QMS) at Delta Park. Your work will have a positive impact on the Packaging and Distribution areas, by supporting change as part of continuous improvement projects and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs). Your responsibilities will include: Administration of the Document Change Request (DCR) and Document Change Order (DCO) processes in the eQMS system (Agile). Supporting the Internal and External Audits processes, including preparation, audit participation, and assisting in the resolution of audit actions. Facilitating progress of records in Agile eQMS, including Quality Feedback (QFB) review and allocation, Lot Block verification, completing review of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) at Go/No Go status. Supporting training activities in QA processes, including DCR/DCO and use of Agile eQMS. Perform any other duties identified by QA Management and provide support to all parts of the organisation, as may be required. Generation of metrics, reports, and other measures related to the use of the eQMS to the management team. Review, action and update of Service Desk Tickets raised for Delta Park in relation to Agile eQMS. Travel Requirements : The role is based at Delta Park, however local travel to Mountpark and / or Hamble may be required. A full job description is available upon request. About you: We are looking for someone with: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer literate, with strong skills in the use of Microsoft Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel (including pivot tables and formulas), Outlook and Teams Ability to identify, analyse and solve problems. Ability to work effectively either alone or as part of a team. Flexibility to work across the UK Hampshire sites. Full, current driving license.
