Role Description
SEO London is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Industrial Placement Student to work across various programmes, providing essential support to all programmes teams with administration, events, marketing, and managing students & young professionals inquiries. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in different teams and projects within our organisation.Ideal Candidate:

Join us at SEO London and make a real impact while developing your professional skills in a supportive and diverse environment.The role of a programme support coordinator is to provide full administrative support to the team that helps to deliver effective programmes within a full academic cycle. This will include having a full understanding of all the programmes SEO London provides and an understanding of the key delivery that each programme expects. In turn, this role can manage, anticipate, and accurately support all the administrative needs of the team and provide excellent support to the students.
Accountabilities
DATA MANAGEMENT
6. Responsible for all applicant tracking and recording into the CRM in an accurate & timely manner.
QUERY MANAGEMENT
7. Responsible for managing the inbox of the programme and being the first point of contact for student queries through professional and articulate communication, that adapts in style to suit the message and audience.
MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION
8. Supporting the creation and delivery of targeted content for social media and other marketing channels for both opportunities and events; Ensuring logistics and communication for all training and events is effective for all students.
EVENT LOGISTICS
9. Support the administration of the range of events & activities for all programmes via the CRM, including scheduling of events (virtual and physical), invites, reminders, promotion, attendance & participant lists.
10. Attend all relevant events, including campus, to support the broader team.
EMPLOYABILITY
11. Assist with screening and supporting students for recruitment preparation.
12. Responsible for any ad hoc projects allocated by the team.
Required qualifications
13. Currently studying a university degree (any discipline)
14. Must be in the penultimate year of study
