As the business enters a period of accelerated growth, we’re looking for a credible, hands‑on Head of Quality to help continue to improve, strengthen and scale our quality capability at a defining moment for the organisation.
The Opportunity
Demand is increasing sharply and this role sits at the heart of that challenge. You’ll join the Senior Leadership Team and take ownership of plant quality, supplier quality and our management systems, helping the business grow with confidence — not compromise.
What you’ll be doing
* Lead and develop Quality and HSE across a technically complex, regulated manufacturing environment
* Support and impact existing manufacturing performance by reducing scrap, rework and non‑conformance
* Strengthen supplier quality across a global supply base, working closely with the wider supply chain team.
* Embed a culture where quality is owned by everyone, not just the Quality function
* Provide visible, trusted leadership — constructively challenging Operations and Engineering when needed
* Shape the evolution of Quality, EMS and Business Management Systems as the business scales
What we’re looking for
You’ll be an experienced senior Quality leader from high‑volume, complex manufacturing, comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels. You’ll bring energy, resilience and commercial awareness — and the credibility to influence without authority.
