ORONA’s activities focus on the design, manufacture, installation, maintenance, and modernization of lifts, escalators, moving ramps, and walkways. We are seeking a Lift Service Engineer to join our Service team to cover repairs in Leeds & Sheffield. As an experienced Lift Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
* Carrying out regular planned preventative maintenance and service visits
* Responding to lift breakdown callouts to perform minor repairs
* Meeting customer response time agreements and building strong client relationships
* Providing regular updates to the Service Manager and participating in the regional 24/7 standby/callout rota
* Diagnosing issues across a portfolio of Orona and competitor lifting equipment and conducting basic LG1 examinations
* Problem-solving and working independently
