Location: Heathrow Airport, London
Hybrid Working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

* Experience in material handling systems or working within a logistics process automation company

The Role
As a Project Leader, you will take ownership of complex, high-impact projects from concept to delivery. You’ll manage multidisciplinary teams and liaise directly with clients, ensuring solutions are cutting-edge, delivered on time, on budget, and meet world-class engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of engineering projects, owning the full project plan
* Act as technical lead for internal and external teams to ensure successful delivery
* Control and manage project budgets, identifying risks, opportunities, and scope changes
* Serve as a technical business partner to clients, ensuring high-quality system delivery
* Ensure health and safety requirements are analyzed and implemented in designs
* Continuously improve project delivery through best practices and process enhancements
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering
* Qualified in Project Management with proven expertise in engineering projects, ideally within material handling systems (Electrical/Mechanical/LLC/HLC/Safety)
* Strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture
* Proven experience leading complex engineering projects and multidisciplinary teams
* Strong knowledge of project management tools and processes
* Experience in material handling systems is a significant advantage
