Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise and support workshop staff across a range of technical activities Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality and consistency Oversee stock control, material procurement and quality checks Diagnose issues and provide hands-on technical support when required Plan and coordinate workshop jobs to maximise efficiency and meet deadlines Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and best practice Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and internal teams Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation Conduct performance reviews and support ongoing staff development Foster a positive, collaborative and productive working environment Experience & Qualities Previous experience in a workshop supervisory or management role Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Confident with IT systems and administrative tasks Technical understanding of fitting out or conversion work within automotive, yacht building, horsebox or similar industries (advantageous but not essential) Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (preferred but not essential) Apply today and a Manpower representative will be in touch if you have the right skills for this position.
