This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them achieve their full potential. Key Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of SEN needs. Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons. Support positive behaviour, confidence, and emotional development. Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment. Adapt learning materials and activities based on individual student needs. Requirements: Experience working with SEN learners (school, youth work, care, or similar).
