As an Evening Room Attendant, you will ensure guest rooms are immaculately presented, refreshed, and turned down to the highest standards. You will deliver an exceptional service that makes every guest feel at ease and cared for, helping to create the signature Nobu experience of understated luxury.
You will:
• Clean and prepare your allocated rooms with precision and efficiency
• Carry out evening turn down service to ensure guest comfort
• Respond promptly to guest requests with warmth and attentiveness
• Maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, and housekeeping areas
• Report and follow up on any maintenance issues
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, supporting and welcoming new team members
• Anticipate guest needs and provide a personalised service that exceeds expectations
