Responsibilities: Provide high-quality support to students with a range of additional needs. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons. Help manage behaviour using a consistent and positive approach. Support with personal care and mobility. Requirements: Certificate in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools. Experience working with children or young people. Understanding of the barriers to learning experienced by students with SEND. Ability to work calmly and patiently, particularly in emotionally demanding situations. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Hold a Child Only DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one with GSL Education.
