Skills and Qualifications:
* Qualified solicitor in the United Kingdom, with a valid practicing certificate
* Up to 2 years of post-qualification experience, preferably gained in a reputable law firm or in-house legal department
* Strong knowledge and experience in commercial law, contract law, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance
Location and Working Arrangements:
This role is based on a hybrid working model with the office located in Perthshire, within easy reach of Perth.
