We’re looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead a talented sales organisation of up to 20 people at IRIS Software Group — including 2 Sales Managers, 15 Sales Reps, and 3 BDRs — driving new business revenue across multiple channels.

What You’ll Do
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team of up to 20
Deliver and exceed an annual target through new customer acquisition
Build and execute multi-channel sales strategies to accelerate growth
Champion a solution-based sales approach — solving customer challenges, not just selling products
Drive pipeline management and forecasting discipline to ensure accuracy and predictability
Inspire energy, accountability, and resilience across your team
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years’ leadership experience (first & second line) within high-growth sales teams
Proven success in new business development and multi-channel acquisition
Strong background in Human Capital Management (HCM) sales (accountancy experience desirable)
A natural leader who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager — confident, credible, and collaborative
