Main Purpose of the Role To lead Project Management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery across large and complex infrastructure programmes. To support major programmes and take ownership of key areas of project delivery including civil infrastructure, systems integration, interfaces, regulatory compliance and stakeholder management. To ensure client objectives are achieved and projects are delivered to time, cost, quality, governance and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities - Project & Programme Delivery - Leading the delivery of civil infrastructure and major programme activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives, budgets and schedules - Managing contractors, consultants and supply chain partners to ensure safe and effective project delivery - Managing cost, risk, contracts and programme reporting, ensuring appropriate governance and controls are maintained - Supporting the delivery of major infrastructure programmes through effective stakeholder engagement and coordination - Managing project interfaces and systems integration activities, acting as an intelligent client to ensure effective delivery and alignment across multidisciplinary teams - Overseeing programme integration activities across the full project lifecycle, from concept and planning through to delivery and handover - Supporting the management of complex delivery programmes involving schedule, cost, risk and regulatory compliance - Preparing and maintaining project schedules and delivery plans - Establishing project success criteria, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters - Leading project governance processes and reporting activities - Managing project communications between internal teams, contractors and client stakeholders - Identifying, monitoring and mitigating project risks and issues - Producing formal progress reports and project documentation - Advising on Health, Safety, Environmental and regulatory requirements - Nuclear / Regulated Environment Responsibilities - Supporting delivery within highly regulated nuclear environments, ensuring compliance with governance, regulatory and safety requirements - Coordinating stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure successful programme execution - Managing programme interfaces across engineering, construction and operational workstreams - Supporting the successful delivery of complex infrastructure programmes through effective governance and intelligent client oversight Interested, please send your CV to or call me on 07890 609 653 for a quick chat.
