Job Title: SC-WRES Support Assistant
Hours: Full Time 36 hours per week
Job Status: Fixed Term to 31st March 2026
Location: Leeds (with the option of agile/hybrid working)
Salary: £25,927.20
Closing Date: 11.59pm Monday 26th May 2025

We have an exciting opportunity for a SC-WRES Support Assistant.
The Social Care Workforce Race Equality Standard (SC-WRES) is a continuous improvement programme designed to support social care organisations achieve anti-racist workplaces. The SC-WRES Support Assistant will play an important part in supporting the Delivery Coordinator with the high volume of administration, data and queries surrounding this improvement programme.
As SC-WRES Support Assistant you will be responsible for:
* Data input and monitoring to ensure the data and information gathered from external participants is accurately recorded and held correctly.
* Responding to queries via email and telephone.
* Supporting the Delivery Coordinator with the smooth running of the SC-WRES improvement programme, including support with online sessions and administrative support.
You will ideally have worked in a fast-paced office environment previously, have a keen eye for detail and accuracy, and be able to manage your time well. You will ideally have worked with Microsoft 365 software including Teams, Excel, Word and Outlook.
