MET Technician Vacancy In Ashford, Middlesex!
Our client, a reputable independent family-run HGV commercial bodyshop, is seeking an experienced MET Technician to join their team in Ashford, Middlesex. 1. Competitive salary up to £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience and skills

6. Monday to Thursday working hours from 07:00 to 17:00, Fridays from 07:00 to 15:00 (45.5-hour week)

Duties:
9. Conduct high-quality mechanical, electrical, and body repairs on HGV and commercial vehicles
10. Diagnose vehicle faults using appropriate tools and techniques
11. Carry out repairs efficiently, ensuring compliance with quality standards and company guidelines
12. Maintain a safe and tidy working environment
13. Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly for repairs and inspections
14. Contribute to the team by sharing expertise and supporting colleagues as required
Requirements:
15. Proven experience as an MET Technician, Auto Electrician, or similar role within the commercial vehicle sector
16. Strong knowledge of HGV systems and electrical diagnostics
17. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
18. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
19. Relevant qualifications in vehicle maintenance or electrical work
