Job Description:
We are looking for kind and dedicated Care Workers to join our team. In this important role, you will provide personal care and support to people in their homes. Your main job will be to help them with daily tasks to ensure they feel comfortable and safe. You will also make sure they receive the care they need to live happily and with dignity. Key Responsibilities:
* Help customers with daily tasks like personal care, meals, medicine reminders, and companionship.
* Assist customers with moving, transfers, and getting to appointments. Use safe methods to keep them comfortable and safe.
* Build good relationships with customers and their families. Create a caring place where customers feel valued.
* Keep clear records of the care you give and any changes in customers’ health. This helps everyone on the team know how to help.
* Work with other team members to give customers complete and personal care. Teamwork is important to meet each customer’s needs.
* Follow company rules to keep high standards of quality and professionalism. This helps create a safe and respectful place for everyone.
Requirements:
* Have a valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
* Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role is preferred.
* Show a compassionate and empathetic attitude towards customers and their families.
* Work well both independently and as part of a team in a busy setting.
* Be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
