BUSINESS CONTEXT
Pepsi Lipton is a joint venture between Unilever and PepsiCo to manufacture and sell iced tea branded products worldwide. Lipton Ice Tea is the global leader in Ready to Drink Iced Tea, with a $3 billion turnover.
Tea RTD remains a significant growth opportunity, representing over 5% of the LRB market, offering distinctive, on-trend refreshment experiences. Pepsi Lipton aims to lead in environmental wellbeing through a net zero goal, enhance mental wellbeing through its brand purpose, and promote physical wellbeing with healthier products.
The joint venture operates independently with its own board and has 5 regional organizations: North America, Europe, LATAM, AMESA, and APAC. It is innovative, launching new mixes into white markets.

ROLE PURPOSE
The Global Brand Manager, based in London, is part of the Global Marketing Team. This team defines long-term strategies for the Lipton brand, sustainability, and innovation programs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
This role reports to the Global Senior Marketing Manager and involves building internal and external communication programs, collaborating with regions, agencies, and cross-functional teams to create award-winning campaigns and brand experiences. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading communication programs and conferences
* Judging creative ideas and guiding agency partners
* Executing with regional teams
* Applying strategic content development
* Managing projects and budgets for efficiency and ROI
* Shaping marketing capability programs
* Driving awards submissions and internal marketing recognition
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Business Skills
* Passion for consumer insights, communication, and project management
* Experience in a communications role, either brand or agency side
* Experience with global teams or brands preferred
* Strategic thinker with creativity and agency collaboration skills
* Strong project management and influencing skills
* Excellent presentation and communication skills in an international environment
