We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. Duties
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term success.
* Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts and proactively pursue new business opportunities.
* Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and market trends to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
* Utilise Salesforce to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client concerns promptly.
* Lead negotiations with key clients to secure contracts and agreements that benefit both parties.
* Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market insights for senior management.
* Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable.
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating teams towards achieving targets.
