The Role:
As a Service Contract Specialist, you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer service contracts. You'll ensure accurate processing of orders, manage billing and revenue recognition, and deliver outstanding customer service that maximises client satisfaction and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage service contracts from initial enquiry to order processing, billing, and remittance using SAP.
2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of service offerings, pricing strategies, and contractual terms.
3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving contract renewals and customer satisfaction.
4. Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee service delivery aligns with contractual commitments.
