The successful individual will help support the delivery of an exceptional occupational health service to our client, making a lasting difference to the everyday lives of employees onsite. Duties and Responsibilities Providing accurate clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment Providing reports to Management following assessment and at time of discharge Leading onsite exercise classes to rehabilitate employees with musculoskeletal injuries Conducting DSE assessments and providing prophylactic advice Providing recommendations to customer as to what changes/equipment are required following a DSE assessment Identification of hazards within the workplace and assessing the risk of the identified hazards causing or aggravating an individuals musculoskeletal ill health Conducting ergonomic risk assessments with Safety Health & Environment advisors on-site to identify risks to the employees within a specified area Providing the wider OH team with information regarding any work practice or working environment changes that are required on a short or long-term basis Skills and Experience Ability to carry out DSE Assessments Ability to deliver Health Promotion workshops Report writing experience Knowledge of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions/injuries and treatment Experience of carrying out risk Assessments Ability to work remotely Understanding of General Data Protection Regulation Law Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy and / or Masters Degree in related discipline HCPC registration If you feel you have the skills and experience, please upload your CV in the first instance.
