However, at Dishoom Permit Room on a busy evening shift, there is the support of multiple other Babus, plus 20-30 Dishoomwalles, all fully focused in their roles to support one another. As an Assistant General Manager: You have been working as an Assistant General Manager in a busy restaurant environment for at least the past year. You are ready to be the General Manager's right arm; a natural leader, assuming responsibility to ensure the restaurant runs as it should in their absence.
