Primary Purpose of Role The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide tax compliance services to a mix of clients and gain greater exposure to advisory and consultancy work deal with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of clients. This role will also provide assistance to the managers and partners in both compliance and advisory client work. Key Duties: Managing your own portfolio of clients, being the main point of contact for all queries. Preparation of and peer reviewing personal self-assessment tax returns and associated accounts and claims Dealing with HMRC enquiries, penalty notices etc. Advising on day-to-day tax queries such as PAYE codes, tax efficient company cars etc. Supporting the managers and partners with tax planning for individuals. Preparation of GP Type 1 and Type 2 superannuation certificates and assisting with queries from PCSE throughout the year. Coach and mentor junior members of the team to ensure compliance and service delivery, providing technical assistance to other team members where needed.
