School Administrator Required for a SEN School in Merton
At Engage Education Services, we’re currently looking for enthusiastic Full‑Time School Administrators to work in a school in Merton. This role is covering maternity.
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8:30am – 4pm during term time only.
About the role
* Using the school’s internal system to record a high volume of data
* Assisting the Office Manager & Office Staff with various administrative tasks
* Answering the phones
* Welcoming visitors and parents
* Communicating effectively with students, staff and parents in a professional and friendly manner
* Covering reception duties
* General administrative tasks
* Assisting with attendance, admissions and welfare
Qualifications
* Experience working in a busy school or college environment
* A real passion for working within an education environment
* Experience utilising SIMS (School Information Management System) within an administrative role or Arbor
