We are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor/Lawyer who has experience of working with wealthy clients and properties from £800k to over £6m, to work for a successful Legal 500 whose Departments work collaboratively and offer full legal services to their clients.
You will inherit an up-to-date caseload for clients who are looking at both sales and purchases for impressive family homes, building investment property portfolios and purchasing second homes and holiday homes.
This is an interesting role because you will be working in a Partner-led department and be present in attending the firm's breakfast meetings to engage with HNW and UHNW business owners, and discuss the firm's conveyancing services.
The role comes with support from a very experienced and capable paralegal and secretary, and because the transactions are high and the-income levels good, you will have strong and polished communication skills, in getting to know your clients and prospect clients and ensuring they receive the highest quality and efficiencies of services.
